Wholistic Health & Somatic Sessions
These sessions allow space for healing on all levels and can take many different avenues depending on the guidance of spirit as well as your own personal intentions & desires.

Sessions are held in person, via facebook video chat, FaceTime or zoom. We will usually start with a check in where we'll talk about whatever is important for you and end with a movement & meditation practice

$111 for 60 minutes
or
4, 60 minute sessions scheduled weekly and paid in advance: $395
or
Weekly 60 min Sessions plus access to my online studio with monthly subscription $395
